Rebooking terms and conditions

1. To be eligible to enter you must:
   1. be undertaking a full-time course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2022/23 academic year;
   2. be aged 18 (eighteen) or older;
   3. be currently living with dwell Student Living in a UK property for the 21-22 academic year.
   4. not be currently in arrears, and/or be subject to any debt recovery action.
   5. have rebooked through either:  the Centurion Student Services Limited (furthermore known as dwell Student Living) website (www.dwellstudent.co.uk), the official rebooking Google Form sent via email to you, or completed by the reception team or sales team at your property.
2. Internet access is required to complete your rebooking on the above website, and via Google Form.
3. By rebooking during this period, you give your consent for your contact details to be used by dwell Student Living, for the purposes of legitimate interest, and contacting you in connection with this promotion.
4. This offer is open from 09.00hrs GMT on 12 January 2022 to 20.00hrs GMT on 31 January 2022 (“Offer Period”) and only applies to eligible customers at the below sites, who book to stay again at their respective property (or another dwell Student Living property) during the 2022/23 academic year, within the Offer Period:
   1. Manchester Student Village; from 12^th January to 21^st January 2022
   2. Cathedral Campus; from 17^th January to 21^st January 2022
   3. Castle Gate & Archer House; from 24^th January to 28^th January 2022
5. Guidelines:
   1. Once a student has rebooked, either at the reception desk or online, they should present themselves to their relevant site team, during office hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) with proof of their application.
   2. Once a member of the dwell Student Living team is satisfied that they have completed a full application to live with us, they will be eligible to take part.
   3. Upon taking part in the activity, the relevant member of the dwell Student Living team will liaise with the central sales and marketing team to confirm prize, and delivery details.
   4. At this point, the student should then complete the full booking process, and they will receive their prize within 20 working days of their contract being signed and their booking is fully complete for the 22/23 academic year.
6. Only one entry per qualifying person is permitted during the entirety of the promotion.
7. We will use the details on the current resident’s dwell Portal account for administering the prize. The winners’ first names and sites will also be published on dwell Student Living’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, including Facebook Groups.
8. There are 40 prizes available across all sites, which are detailed below. Prizes will be evenly distributed across the sites and once these prizes have been distributed, the competition will close, which may be be before the closing dates.

   5. Fujifilm Instax Cameras
9. dwell Student Living reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative item of equal value if for any reason it is unable to procure the relevant prize. No cash alternative is available. The prize is personal to the relevant winner and cannot be transferred to any other person.
10. Evidence of identity and signed contract for 22/23 must be shown/proven by the winner prior to delivery or collection of the prize. If the winner fails to produce such evidence, they will forfeit entitlement to their prize. The company will also verify that the winners’ contract for 22/23 has been signed prior and the full booking process is complete, prior to prize collection.
11. If there is any doubt or dispute as to whether or not evidence of identity or and student status is satisfactory, the decision of dwell Student Living will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If a winner fails to collect their prize within 20 days of confirmation of signing their 22/23 contract, they will forfeit entitlement to the prize.
13. By entering this promotion, you agree to the use of your name in publicity, including (without limitation) on dwell Student Living social media accounts (without any additional compensation) if you are declared a winner.
14. The decision of dwell Student Living regarding any aspect of this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram, or any of the companies involved in the promotion.
16. Use of prizes, gift cards and gift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant issuing organisation or manufacturer of the product. dwell Student Living is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of a winner’s use of a prize and/or gift card and/or gift voucher.
17. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
18. dwell Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this promotion at any time.
