All dwell Student Living properties have CCTV as well as fob entry access. So only students can access their property. We also have Security on hand of an evening to offer help and support to any student when required. Fire safety is also extremely important to us, with all sites undergoing weekly fire tests as well as fire evacuation drills happening throughout the year.

We take students wellbeing very seriously- with the support of the residential life team, we promote a healthy lifestyle and build awareness around on site and University events to all students.
Money matters
For any student who has concerns about a payment not being made or funds not being available on rent day, our site teams are there for students to sit down and discuss payment options. The sooner you tell your site team about your concern, the sooner they can try and come to a solution as we appreciate financial difficulties can arise.
