What We Do

Little things, done well

Little things, done well.

That’s our motto, our vision and the way we operate. We’ve been providing a roof over students’ heads for nearly 6 years so we know our stuff when it comes to creating a student experience. We feel that with the millions of decisions you have to make during your time at university, your student accommodation should be the easiest.

Super-duper site teams

Super-duper site teams.

That’s right! Here at dwell, we only employ the best. Sure, they’ll be there if you need anything fixing or if you have any accommodation queries, but they’ll also be on hand if you need advice about the best places to visit in the city or if you’d just like a chat and a cup of tea. We love hearing stories from our residents about how the dwell teams have helped improve their time at university.

Squad goals

Squad goals.

You’ll hear this from every student accommodation provider but we really believe in making your stay with us feel like a home, not just a pad you crash at. We do this through our Residential Life programme that’s tasked with making sure you get the most out of your stay with us as well as making sure you meet new friends.

All bills, no frills

All bills, no frills.

All of the boring yet necessary stuff (your Wi-Fi/utilities/contents insurance) are all covered in your rent so that you can focus on the fun stuff (deadlines/exams/how to make a meal with one tomato, a tin of beans and a bowl of cornflakes)

National-Code-logo

We care.

We voluntarily sign-up with ANUK / National Code, providing reassurance to our residents: Reassurance that the accommodation is safe and well managed; and reassurance that, should any problems arise, there exists a mechanism to help get them resolved.

Little things,
done well.
