Sangria

Ingredients

4 cups passion fruit juice, 8 cups sparkling water or ginger ale, 1 fresh kiwi, sliced 1 orange, sliced 1 star fruit, sliced 1 lime, sliced 1/2 cup fresh cranberries

How to prepare
1. Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add the juice and sparkling water or ginger ale.
2. Toss in the fruit slices.
3. Store in the fridge until ready to serve, or serve immediately.

White Grape Spritzer

Ingredients

1/2 cup green grapes, frozen 1/2 cup red grapes, frozen 1 orange, thinly sliced 1 lemon, thinly sliced 4 cups bottle ginger ale, chilled 4 cups white grape juice

How to prepare

1. Fill a 1.5L pitcher with grapes, orange slices and lemon slices. Top with ginger ale and grape juice. Serve                  immediately.

Sparkling Mint-Lime Iced Tea

Ingredients

4 cups water, 4 mint tea bags, 8 teaspoons lime juice (freshly squeezed or purchased), 4 half slices of lime for garnish, 4 sprigs fresh mint, if desired Vanilla coffee syrup, agave syrup or honey to sweeten drink, crushed ice, 2 cups sparkling water (carbonated)
How to prepare
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add 4 bags of mint tea. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags and pour tea into a small pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until well chilled.
2. Chill tall glasses in fridge or shortly in freezer. Add crushed ice, 1 cup of tea, sweetener (if desired) and 1 or 2 tsp lime juice, depending on how tart you like your tea. Stir. Add 1/2 cup sparkling water. Squeeze mint sprig and add to glass. Garnish with half a lime slice to finish.

Sparkling Pear Punch

Ingredients

2 cups pear juice, Juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 litres ginger ale, sliced fresh pear

How to prepare

1. Pour pear juice into large punch bowl.
2. Add lemon juice.
3. Stir in sugar.
4. Mix in ginger ale and top with fresh sliced pear.

Minty Arnold Palmer

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves slightly crushed, 1 litre cold water (8 cups), 500ml boiling water (4 cups) 1 cup sugar 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed, 1/2 cup instant tea mix
How to prepare
1. In 4 litre casserole, mix boiling water, sugar, tea and mint leaves; let stand 15 minutes.
2. Stir in cold water and lemonade. Serve over ice.
